Attending Fit Mamas is not only good for me, but great for my daughter. She loves it, as much, if
not more than me. This is the type of class that I so desperately need. I can bring my child and encourage her
to be healthy, at the same time I am getting my body in shape. I have been in class for a month now, and all of my clothes
fit much better. I am stronger and have more stamina. I love the non-threatening environment, and that my child
can do it all with me.

I never thought a “stroller class” could be so challenging and exciting! There have been
so many benefits to taking Christi’s classes. Spending time outside is good for us period, but adding in exercise
and playtime is an added bonus. My son gets to enjoy the fresh air during the class and then is rewarded for his patience
with playtime at the park with his friends. I get to have a great workout while chatting it up with other “stay
at home moms”. Most people would think that a “stroller class” would be a bunch of moms walking around
the block a few times. This is definitely not the case with Fit Mamas! We walk, jog, sprint, squat, lunge, do leg
lifts and other various stretches and ab work. Each class consists of a different route with different exercises blended
into the workout. It never gets boring and it pushes me more and more every class. I enjoy and appreciate the
challenge each class brings!
